Crown Core Bits
Our Core Bits are thin wall drilling
tool with a hole through the center that let water feeds into and
removes sediment stone chips and allows the Core pedestal to pass
through the Bit and into the Core barrel.
Our Drill Bits, used with high
quality diamond and strong bond, sintered into a mould, are Laser
welded. They are high diamond concentration provide aggressive cutting
action, excellent for drilling marble and granite with high performance
and durable life. They are designed with 5/8"-11 or M14 or M10
female thread and attached with a composite elasticity gasket so they
can be mounted to any angle grinder and work on stone with
vibration-proof.
We offer many adapters. Adapter unit
screws into a Drill Bit to affect operative compatibility between
different machines.
Sintered Non Core Bits
A non Core Bit is a drilling tool
with a hole through the center that let water flows and removes
sediment stone chips. It drill the stone complete section with no core.
They are designed with composite
threaded both with G1/2" male threaded and 5/8”-11 or M14 female
threaded, so that they can not only be mounted to any angle grinder but
also can be used on CNC machine.
Attached with a composite elasticity
gasket with vibration-proof is available for all drill bits.
Available in G1/2", 5/8”-11,
M14, M10, 3/8” Shank, 1/2” Shank on customer's order.

screws into a Drill Bit to affect operative compatibility between
different machines.
It is available on request upon a
specific drawing of customer in any diameter and length requested.
